My sister and I have embarked on a weight loss journey together. Our goals are somewhat different (mine is to lose the title of "obese" and hers is to lose the pregnancy belly), but our need to compete with each other is completely the same. We've decided to blog about our adventures in hopes that we will inspire others and hold each other and ourselves accountable. Check in occasionally to see how we're progressing!

Day 2 ~ Haven't Starved to Death...Yet :)

First, my goals:
1. No Sweets ~ except 3 M&M's in the afternoon, one splurge on Sundays, and one latte a week on Saturdays
2. No eating after 8 pm
3. Drink 2 glasses of water a day.
4. No finishing the girls' meals
5. Eat one serving of each fruit and vegetable a day.
6. Run 10 miles a week along with lifting 2x a week
7. Weigh in on Tuesdays.

Starting weight:
132 lbs.

I ate well yesterday, missed the fruits and vegetables but had no sweets!  It is now 1:30 pm and today has also been good.  I plan on running 3 miles on the treadmill this evening, and I am actually looking forward to that.  But for now...nap time:)
