Yes, I have goals.....I think. Yup, I'm sure now, I do have goals. Here they are:
1. Goal weight of 140 pounds (current is 190).
2. Feel good in clothes again.
3. Run a 10K.
I too have done well with resisting the evil temptation that is sweets. I'm still wavering on whether or not I want today to be my cheat day or tomorrow, maybe I'll just see how long I can hold out. Want to get a run in this weekend since I didn't do it this morning (way too sore after lifting legs yesterday). Made it to the gym 4 days this week so if I get that run in I'll have worked out 5 days....a new record ladies and gentlemen!
