My sister and I have embarked on a weight loss journey together. Our goals are somewhat different (mine is to lose the title of "obese" and hers is to lose the pregnancy belly), but our need to compete with each other is completely the same. Workin' It On A Sunday

Current weight: 188 lbs.
That's right everyone, Jujee was sweatin' it out on Sunday!  Wooo hooo!  I think I should get extra points for that.  Made it to the gym this morning where I ran for 21 minutes straight (working on goal #3), ran a total of 26 minutes and spent 40 minutes total on the treadmill with a result of 400+ calories burned!  Then I lifted chest and back.  I was one serious sweatty betty by the time I left, but as you can see it's working.....down 2 pounds!

Cheat day came and went on Friday and it was deeelicious.  I actually feel like that'll get me through to next week's cheat day.

So I'm on the treadmill listing to my iPod and watching Venus Williams cream some poor girl in a tennis match.  And I see that they actually keep count of how many times each girl tugs her dress down!  Can you believe it?! So I started keeping track of how many times I had to pull out a wedgie at the gym (only 3 today, just good underwear I guess).
