As you heard, I did start running again last night and it felt great. I got to thinking, while running because thats when I do my best thinking, why do I run? Well I am running from my post-two baby-belly, my husband that has a hard time with 2 kids (hello Jim Bob Duggar has 19:), my 2 kids that still wear diapers and need to be fed, and the repeated and annoying "Hot Dog" song. So all in all, even though I was on a treadmill, I made some good distance last night over my 30 minute run!
My eating habits are definitely starting to improve. I am not craving the sugar anymore. I am still not making myself drink the 2 glasses of water or eat the fruits and vegetables but the sweets have been cut out (until Saturday, my cheat day).
P.S. To my blogging buddy, a.k.a. Sister, I think it is time for you to start upping your cardio. Remember weight loss and inches is your goal so calorie burning is the way to go. Try 35 minutes for the next 2 weeks and then up it to 40 minutes. That may sound like a lot but a 10k is also one of your goals. I know you can do it:) Also, a great way to avoid boredom is to continually keep challenging yourself.
