Today's workout was not spectacular to say the least. Didn't sleep well last night because of a coughing kiddo so I had to DRAG my arse out of bed this morning. I did intervals on the treadmill for 30 minutes, run at a faster pace than normal for 3 minutes, then walk for 2 minutes. Then lifted arms. For some reason I seemed to sweat way more than usual and had to wring myself out several times. And to top it all off, my iPod was dead so I had no tunes! Argh!
I weigh myself every morning, which can be a good thing (reminds me of how I'm eating and exercising) or a bad thing (fluctuations cause frustration!). At any rate, I was back up a little this morning for whatever reason. Hopefully tomorrow is better.
